- Complete production tracking daily
What Makes you successful?
- Ability to lift 60lbs.
- High School Education
- Forklift certified with experience would be an asset.
- Some Computer Skills required (Microsoft Outlook and Excel)
- 2+Years experience in related field would be an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Organize & replenish stock across multiple lines and warehouses
- Working knowledge of Full Inventory Processing
- Process & organize production and production status reports
- Process Receipt of invoices and goods
- SKU creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials
Research and Development
- Procuring and Networking consistently with Vendors
- Ability to secure vendors for new products.
- Quick thinker/innovator
Day to Day
- Scheduling and communicating with warehouse for transfers and deliveries.
- Purchase Order Reports: Create, review and produce report
- Review inventory: Corrections or Negative investigation
- Stock Status Reports: Review for anomalies and process errors to be corrected.
- Projections: Create, review, revise inventory projections
- Collaborate with management team
- Vendor account reconciliation
- Production completion: Processing entries
- Physical count in warehouse when required.

- Process customer payments
- Respond to customers’ requests for credit notes, invoice copies
- Month end reconciliation
- Credit checks & Setup of New accounts
- Monitor aging accounts (some collection calls may be required)
What makes you and Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
- Diploma in Accounting
- Bilingual (English/French)
- General office skills are required
- Must be process driven
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Sage100 an asset or similar accounting software is preferred
- Ability to complete assignments under tight time frames coupled with the flexibility to work
- Extended hours, when required, to complete work as assigned.
REMUNERATION
$43,000-$45,000
