This coupon gives you the following benefits: Service plan coverage for 5 years which includes stain removal-repair-replace service as well as parts and labour coverage starting from the date of delivery to your home.
If, during the term of your Excelsior Service Plan, you have not required service as described in the Terms and Conditions of this Plan, nor have needed any repair(s) worth more than $100 in relation to the item or with one or more of the items covered by this service plan, this coupon, valued at the cost of your current Excelsior Service Plan, becomes a credit note valid towards the purchase of any product valued at $1,000 or more available in Meubles JC Perreault’s furniture, mattress or accessory departments.
This coupon is valid only for a period of 2 years after the expiration of the original Excelsior Service Plan and upon verification that no service calls or repairs, valued at more than $100 in relation to the original item or with one or more of the items covered by this service plan, was required during the warranty period of the service plan.
