What’s New with our Service Plan Brochures?

We have some exciting news about our Service Plan Brochures that we want to share with you. Based on feedback from some of our retailers, we have decided to make our brochures a physical proof of purchase for customers who buy a service plan. Your salesperson can now write down the customer’s information directly on the brochure. This means that customers can take the brochure home with them, knowing that all the information they need in case of an accident is right there in their hands.
We also understand that when selling a service plan, clarity is essential. That’s why we’ve made it more accessible for customers to access our terms and conditions online. Customers can now scan the QR code using their phone’s camera to get all the details they need.
In addition, we are committed to making environmentally friendly choices, and we’re happy to announce that we will no longer be printing our terms and conditions on paper. Instead, they will be available online, so they’re always up-to-date and accessible whenever customers need them.
We want to assure you that despite these changes, all the coverage in our service plans remains the same. We have included an example of the new brochures below so that you know what to expect when you see them.
